Brad Struck Named Industrial Broker of the Year
DALLAS –Brad Struck, SIOR, President – Industrial Services at E Smith Realty Partners (ESRP) was recognized by NAIOP North Texas as the Industrial Broker of the Year. The award is given to commercial real estate professionals that personify leadership in three professional areas: demonstrates a high level of professional skill and competence in representing the interests and needs of his/her clients which results in significant transaction production; operates with a high standard of business ethics in dealing with his/her clients and all other real estate related professionals and specialists; and is active in civic and charitable activities.
Mr. Struck currently serves as President of E Smith Realty Partners’ industrial practice. In this role, he leads and mentors the industrial brokers, while providing strategic real estate advisory services centered around his clients’ business, financial and operational goals. Working across the globe, he collaborates across the ESRP enterprise on behalf of his clients to provide strategic planning, site selection and labor analytics, acquisition and disposition transaction management, project management, national portfolio management, and lease administration services.

Mr. Struck actively gives back to the community through his leadership of community involvement at ESRP, including providing meals at Austin Street Center, being the hands and feet of donations at The S.M. Wright Foundation’s Christmas in the Park, and putting his skills to the court in raising funds at NAIOP’s Low Hoop Slama Jama. Outside of these charitable contributions, Mr. Struck coaches a flag football team of 8-year old players with Frisco Football League and a youth basketball team at Frisco Fieldhouse.
